Asana is looking for a Product Designer excited by designing the future of teamwork. You will join Adapt, a core Platform team, building the foundations that enable an AI- and multi‑product future.

You’ll shape the structures that let teams model data, configure surfaces, and craft tailored workflows with clarity and elegance. Lead end‑to‑end experiences, partner with cross‑functional teams, and champion human‑centred design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• A strong portfolio that showcases shipping high-quality interaction and interface design.
• Skilled in driving a human-centered design process with research- and data-informed reasoning.
• Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications.
• Creative problem-solver who embraces divergent and iterative methods to evolve ideas.
• Openness, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
• Customer-centric approach: elicits non-obvious needs and synthesizes research to define problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end‑to‑end experiences for Asana products and features
• Partner with cross‑functional partners to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, build and ship solutions
• Champion product excellence and elevate the quality bar for our experience, contributing to our design system
• Work across the organization to ship experiences that are cohesive with the broader Asana product experience, ensuring your design scales
• Facilitate and role‑model human‑centered problem solving; foster co‑creation across the organization
• Learn new methods to solve deeply complex problems in the service of inventing new ways to deliver our customer benefits
• Help shape a product that is intuitive and elegant, speaking from a unified voice
