Shape.Construction is seeking a Product Manager to own a core area of the Shape platform end to end, from problem to measurable outcomes on live projects. You will balance field and office perspectives, drive adoption, and shape AI integration with a clear focus on real-world impact.

You will work with engineering, design, and consultancy teams, ensuring the product delivers concrete business value and user outcomes while maintaining a bias for rigorous data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS products end to end with measurable customer outcomes.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI, including grounding, evaluation, and latency trade-offs.
• Ability to design for users in demanding environments and balance field vs office needs.
• Clear, compelling communication and ability to influence engineers and business leaders.
• Strong ownership mindset, accountability, and willingness to make hard calls.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or related complex domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product area end to end, including problem, strategy, and outcomes.
• Spend real time on live projects to inform product decisions across site and commercial domains.
• Ship AI features with a human-in-the-loop where appropriate and ensure correctness.
• Drive roadmap prioritisation and trade-offs with clear justification.
• Grow the product function through feedback, mentorship, and rigorous measurement.
