Job summary

Takeda in Łódź, Poland, is seeking a senior business analyst to shape how teams use technology and processes. You will identify needs, gather requirements, define scope and objectives, and recommend product and process changes that support business goals, with a focus on Workday Recruiting enhancements.

You will collaborate with business partners, TA and tech teams to gather, document, and socialize requirements, provide data-driven insights, and drive delivery of improvements across the Talent

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of business analysis experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Comfort with emerging technologies and AI-enabled processes.
• Proficient in business analysis with ability to perform complex analysis and provide insights.
• Experience supporting product work including defining requirements and improving user experience.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting and supporting recruiting processes through technology and process improvement.
• Build productive relationships with business partners.
• Experience using Jira and Agile methods to manage project work.
• Explain complex information clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Experience applying data analysis to business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand needs and turn them into clear product and technical requirements.
• Support Workday Recruiting related needs, including process improvement and requirements gathering.
• Provide technical support on Talent Acquisition technology portfolio and manage support cases.
• Ensure program and project teams comply with governance policies and processes.
• Share status, risks, and results with key partners to support product delivery and adoption.
• Communicate status, risks, and accomplishments to support delivery.
• Develop and maintain project documents throughout the lifecycle.
• Apply data analysis methods to guide product and business decisions.
