Job summary

Takeda in Lodz, Poland is seeking a senior professional to lead business analysis and product improvement efforts focused on how teams use technology and processes. You will partner with business and technology teams, manage support cases, ensure governance, and communicate status and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of business analysis experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Proven ability to perform complex analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Experience supporting product work, including defining requirements and improving UX.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting and related technology/process improvements.

Job Description

You will report to the Head of Digital Talent Acquisition and focus on business analysis and product improvement work that helps shape how teams use technology and processes. You will identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, define scope and objectives, and recommend product and process changes that support business goals. In this role, you will leverage your Workday Recruiting expertise to enhance the hiring experience, support recruiting technology solutions, and manage technical support cases through resolution

How you will contribute:

• Work with business partners to understand needs and turn them into clear product and technical requirements

• Support Workday Recruiting related needs, including process improvement, requirements gathering, and coordination with the Talent Acquisition team and technology teams

• Provide technical support on the Talent Acquisition technology portfolio and manage support cases through resolution

• Ensure program and project teams comply with applicable governance policies and processes

• Share status, risks, and results with key partners to support product delivery and adoption

• Communicate with key partners on status, risks, and accomplishments to support delivery

• Develop and maintain project documents and records throughout the project lifecycle

• Apply data analysis methods and tools to help guide product and business decisions

Skills and qualifications:

• At least 5 years of business analysis experience

• Professional working proficiency in English

• Comfort with emerging technologies, adaptability to digital tools, and openness to AI-enabled processes

• Proficient in business analysis with the ability to perform complex analysis and provide insights that guide decision-making

As a senior professional, you're adept at solving a range of moderate scope and complexity problems, occasionally referring to policies and practices for guidance. You possess solid knowledge of industry practices and contribute to departmental projects and goals, often engaging in frequent internal and external interactions. You will lead small project teams while working with minimal guidance yourself.

Base Salary Range:

zł177,000.00 - zł243,430.00
