Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Product Label Administrator in Kraków to manage label changes of moderate complexity and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies. You will maintain in-house labels using graphic software and ensure complete briefings before changes, with careful updates to artwork databases.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, 1+ year in marketing/advertising or related field, strong English, and good organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1+ year of commercial or technical apprenticeship in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent work experience.
Experience with graphic software (InDesign/Illustrator) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure.
Ability to manage work and time efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage label changes of moderate complexity.
Collaborate with internal teams and external graphics agencies.
Maintenance of in-house labels using graphic software (as assigned).
Ensure label briefings are complete before initiating changes.
Keeping up to date the entries in Artwork Database, EPIC (and other databases if needed).
