Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking experienced process engineers to support a four-month project in the railway sector, focusing on organizing process documentation and aiding production teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer between engineering and production.

The role requires independent specialists who can adapt to the production environment, work closely with operators, and actively support ongoing assembly processes. The project is short-term with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a production environment.
• Practical experience in assembly processes.
• Ability to read, analyze, and verify technical documentation.
• Knowledge of processes related to the assembly of electrical harnesses and/or hydraulic systems.
• Experience collaborating with production and operators.
• Independence and the ability to solve problems quickly.
• Good command of English enabling collaboration in a project environment.

Job description

We are looking for experienced process engineers to support a project for a client in the railway industry. The project is related to the production of sanitary systems used in rail vehicles. The main goal of the role is to organize process documentation, support production teams, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer between engineering and production.

We are seeking independent specialists who can quickly adapt to the production environment, work closely with operators, and actively support ongoing assembly processes.

This is a short-term project expected to last about 4 months (with the possibility of extension).
