Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a senior Product Control Lead Analyst to oversee data integrity, P&L and balance sheet reporting for LM Rates Trading in CEEMEA. You will partner with Finance and Business desks to ensure accurate books and reliable financial reporting across the desk.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience, strong communication, and a track record of delivering control-focused results.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Finance industry trends and Citi internal concepts and processes defined for Markets Rates and currencies functions.
• Contribute to the directional strategy of the Finance function, anticipating the impact to daily work and the business.
• Evaluate and resolve complex issues and select the best action by weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting needs.
• Liaise with Stakeholders in other Finance and support areas, as well as Business Desk managers, to follow up on daily and monthly results accurate reporting, adhoc requests, new products and projects implementation.
• Ensure Controls execution defined for the Markets Controllers MCA.
• Collaborate with other asset classes Rates & Currencies markets controllers as one team locally and globally to ensure proper delivery and continuity of the function.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Team/Role Overview

The Product Control Lead Analyst participates is a senior level position responsible for leading efforts that contribute to ensure the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's books and records in coordination with the Finance team and Business. The overall objective of this role is to drive efforts to control and support data integrity and general ledger reconciliation, profit attribution and new activity analysis, valuation control and product P&L and balance sheet reporting for LM Rates Trading business in CEEMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Finance industry trends and Citi internal concepts and processes defined for Markets Rates and currencies functions
