Citigroup in Poland (Warsaw) is seeking a Vice President in the Design & Execution team within the Valuation Control Group to drive process and technology change. The role collaborates with regional and global VCG teams to deliver strategic solutions and ensure governance and risk controls.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Finance with IPV/product control experience, strong change leadership, and hands-on analytics. Hybrid work model offered with base salary and extensive benefits.

Role/Team Overview

We are seeking an outstanding candidate for a Vice President position working in the Design & Execution team within the Valuation Control Group which is part of Finance Controllers organization. This role is critical and influential in helping shape and drive process and technology change across the group. The VCG Design & Execution team is primarily responsible for defining and implementing the Firm's vision of a best in class Valuation Control function. The role also involves working with the Senior Valuation Control Managers across all regions ensuring global consistency. The role will assist with leading innovation across the group and therefore the successful candidate must possess resilience, tenacity and have a desire and passion to succeed in a fast moving, dynamic and forward looking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of business requirement and user-acceptance testing for Valuation Control programmes, in line with Citi documentation standards.
• Partnering with Technology to deliver the right infrastructure tools and solutions aligned to both the Valuation Control vision and best in class Finance direction.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the bank's analytics and technology ecosystem in order to provide strategic solutions to VCG's automation requirements.
• Appropriately assessing risks and issues related to the projects and ensuring timely and effective escalation.
• Stakeholder management covering Regional Valuation Control leads, Global Valuation Control teams, other CSC leads.
• Creating ideas and insight of how the Valuation Control process can be improved, simplified and operate more effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years Finance experience, ideally with broad Product Control and IPV experience.
• Proven ability and experience of leading change across a number of different teams / stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with a range of senior/junior staff across a number of disciplines.
• Highly motivated with advanced analytical & problem solving abilities.
• Experience in business analyst role for complex system implementation projects.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

Education

• Bachelor/Master's degree.
