Citi Solutions Center Poland is hiring for a Vice President in the Design & Execution team within Valuation Control Group. The role supports global consistency, drives process and technology change, and partners with technology to deliver strategic infrastructure for VCG automation.

The candidate should demonstrate resilience, leadership across diverse teams, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-moving environment with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 6+ years finance experience across valuation/control or related areas.
• Proven ability to lead change across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with senior and junior staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience as a business analyst on complex system implementations.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of business requirements and user-acceptance testing for Valuation Control programmes per Citi standards.
• Partner with Technology to deliver infrastructure tools and solutions aligned to Valuation Control and Finance direction.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Citi's analytics and tech ecosystem to support VCG automation needs.
• Assess risks and issues and ensure timely escalation.
• Manage stakeholders including Regional and Global Valuation Control teams and other CSC leads.
• Generate ideas to improve Valuation Control processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Role/Team Overview

We are seeking an outstanding candidate for a Vice President position working in the Design & Execution team within the Valuation Control Group which is part of Finance Controllers organization. This role is critical and influential in helping shape and drive process and technology change across the group. The VCG Design & Execution team is primarily responsible for defining and implementing the Firm’s vision of a best in class Valuation Control function. The role also involves working with the Senior Valuation Control Managers across all regions ensuring global consistency. The role will assist with leading innovation across the group and therefore the successful candidate must possess resilience, tenacity and have a desire and passion to succeed in a fast moving, dynamic and forward looking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of business requirement and user-acceptance testing for Valuation Control programmes, in line with Citi documentation standards
• Partnering with Technology to deliver the right infrastructure tools and solutions aligned to both the Valuation Control vision and best in class Finance direction
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the bank's analytics and technology ecosystem in order to provide strategic solutions to VCG's automation requirements.
• Appropriately assessing risks and issues related to the projects and ensuring timely and effective escalation
• Stakeholder management covering Regional Valuation Control leads, Global Valuation Control teams, other CSC leads
• Creating ideas and insight of how the Valuation Control process can be improved, simplified and operate more effectively

Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years Finance experience, ideally with broad Product Control and IPV experience
• Proven ability and experience of leading change across a number of different teams / stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with a range of senior/junior staff across a number of disciplines
• Highly motivated with advanced analytical & problem solving abilities
• Experience in business analyst role for complex system implementation projects
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
