Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Procurement Team Leader to strengthen the Supply Chain Management team. You will oversee procurement transactions, lead a global supplier portfolio, and drive efficiency through best practices and digitalization initiatives.

The role requires leading a direct team, excellent English, and a proactive approach to process improvements. Italian is an asset and a strong Excel user will excel in this environment.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in supply chain management or procurement.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience leading a direct team is required.
• Knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor accurate processing of Procurement transactions. Oversee organization and work allocation for individuals involved in processing.
• Identify, recommend and assist in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains, eliminate inefficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement Delivery Lead on goals/execution/digitalization. Set and monitor team goals delivery, while providing regular feedback to team members.
• Provide regular coaching and training to the team. Supports the transition of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes into the CSS organization.
• Manage day to day activities with portfolio of international suppliers, fulfilling needs of internal and external stakeholders, including PO creation, tracking goods receipt, issue resolution etc.
