Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a seasoned leader to head global commercial operations and tendering. You will drive high‑quality proposals, coordinate across regions and business units, and ensure timely, compliant submissions in a dynamic international environment.

You’ll build and mentor a high‑performing team, establish standards, manage risk reviews, and promote continuous improvement while partnering with sales to shape strategic opportunities and accelerate sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in bids, proposals, or tendering.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing proposal teams.
• Experience leading teams in a global matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of commercial and tendering processes.
• Experience managing risk reviews and complex opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
