Job summary

Caterpillar Poland is seeking a Procurement Support Services Associate to support its Procurement team in Sosnowiec, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and addressing system-related issues. The role includes training suppliers and internal users and seeking process improvements.

The position requires English and Spanish language proficiency, and a willingness to work two shifts from Monday to Friday. Onsite work five days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and Spanish language knowledge both written and spoken.
• General understanding of procurement and/or supply chain processes.
• Technical mindset – aptitude to work in various systems and transmit your knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, supporting them in questions about the NextGen system.
• Support internal users with system issues and training.
• Create and organize training sessions for suppliers and internal users.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and implement changes where possible.
