Job summary

Caterpillar Poland is seeking a Procurement Support Services Associate to liaise with external stakeholders and internal users, resolving system issues and driving process improvements. You will organize training for suppliers and colleagues while ensuring accurate communication in two languages.

The role requires advanced English and Spanish, a good understanding of procurement, and comfort with multiple systems. Office-based, with two-shift schedule, five days a week.
