Caterpillar Poland is hiring a Procure­ment Support Services Associate to assist its Procurement team in Sosnowiec, liaising with stakeholders and resolving system-related issues across NextGen and related tools. The role requires strong English and Spanish skills and a technical mindset.

The position is on-site five days a week with two daily shifts (morning and evening) and opportunities to contribute to process improvements and staff training.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and Spanish required, both written and spoken.
• General understanding of procurement and/or supply chain processes.
• Technical mindset with ability to work in various systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Caterpillar Poland and external stakeholders on NextGen system questions.
• Support internal users with system-related issues.
• Create and organize training sessions for suppliers and internal users.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes where possible.
