Job summary

Philip Morris International in Krakow, Poland, is seeking aSenior Data & Analytics leader to drive the transformation of GBS data capabilities in a hybrid role with 40% on-site work. You will define the data strategy, govern data assets, and lead the portfolio of data products to enable scalable, enterprise-wide analytics.

The role demands 15+ years of leadership in data/analytics or transformation and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organizations.

Impact you'll own

Lead GBS's data and analytics transformation by establishing the Spoke model, defining strategy and governance, and delivering scalable data products and process intelligence capabilities.

What you'll do

• Lead the enablement and scaling of the GBS Data & Analytics Spoke model, establishing the capabilities, operating framework and engagement model required to support global business priorities
• Define and execute the GBS Data Strategy and acts as Enterprise-wide data strategy authority, aligning data, analytics, AI, and governance and semantics approach with enterprise, functions and GBS transformation objectives
• Own the GBS Data Product portfolio, identifying priority use cases, shaping the roadmap, and driving the delivery and adoption of high-value data products
• Defines GBS transformation direction and drives efforts and organizational change towards Spoke model, accelerating adoption of new ways of working and supporting business process modernization
• Expand process analytics (process intelligence) capabilities as key use case for GBS Spoke - including defining the scope, operating model, deliverables and business (process) outcomes
• Oversee and coordinate the AI portfolio, driving D&A-specific initiatives while supporting the adoption and execution of broader GBS AI priorities
• Design, govern and own GBS and Enterprise overall data operating model, ensuring clear accountability, effective stakeholder engagement, and sustainable delivery processes
• Champion enterprise data governance standards across functions and domains, ensuring compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements while promoting high-quality, trusted data assets in GBS
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships across GBS, Business Functions, and Enterprise D&A teams, aligning priorities, securing sponsorship, and maximizing value realization from data investments to ensure multi-function enterprise impact

Skills & Capabilities

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Data & Analytics, Digital, Business Transformation or Strategy roles
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise data operating models and cross-functional analytics capabilities
• Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, data governance, data products, AI and process intelligence
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation and change initiatives in complex matrix organizations
• Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive value realization through strategic partnerships and data-driven decision making

In this position you will earn no less than 42,500 PLN gross monthly.
