Job summary

Beiersdorf is seeking a procurement professional in Poland to manage tactical packaging procurement for existing products and launches. You will partner with cross-functional teams, lead RFIs/RFPs and supplier selections using TCO, and drive cost optimization and KPI improvements. Strong communication and ERP skills are essential, with 5+ years in international procurement preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably within an international environment and relevant categories.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Proven experience in direct sourcing, tender management, negotiations, and supplier management.
• Decision-making and ability to take ownership.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and ideally of Supply Chain dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Digital mindset with an interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve procurement efficiency
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on mindset with a strong can-do attitude.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic environments with change and ambiguity.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to results.
• Effective influencing and indirect leadership skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities
