Qualifications

7+ years of leadership experience in high-performing procurement organizations.
Proven track record in strategic procurement and supplier management.
University degree in business, finance, supply chain, or similar.
Fluent in German and English.
Experience in IT procurement.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and inspire a team of two, fostering high performance and collaboration.
Design and implement a forward-thinking procurement strategy aligned with company objectives.
Optimize procurement processes with digitalization, standardization, and automation.
Own supplier risk management and supplier development initiatives.
Conclude purchasing negotiations and framework agreements with national and international suppliers.
Build cross-functional partnerships with IT, Product Development, Quality, and Product Management.
Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and all legal/regulatory requirements.
