Job summary

UBQ is seeking a proactive Junior Procurement Specialist to support the end-to-end flow of procurement documentation, vendor management, and data integrity. You will drive process automation and handle daily administrative tasks while contributing to continuous improvement projects.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in procurement-related roles, a Bachelor’s in finance/accounting/business, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, or business administration.
2-4 years of procurement support, operations, or related experience.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Experience with or interest in low-code automation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Procurement Document & Compliance Management: manage signatures and workflow, including NDAs.
Invoicing & Payments: gather invoices, obtain internal approvals, resolve payment/billing issues.
Contract Repository: maintain centralized repository for easy access.
Staff Augmentation Support: organize documents and processes for staff augmentation needs.
Sourcing & Data Maintenance: conduct market research and maintain data integrity across systems.
Negotiation & Procurement Support: assist or lead negotiations with suppliers to meet stakeholder needs.
Procurement Process Optimization & Knowledge Management: propose and implement process improvements and automation; prepare procurement materials; deliver vendor and procurement reports.
