Job summary

Link Group is seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end sourcing activities, execute RFPs, and drive value across the organization. You will oversee vendor relationships, lead contract negotiations, and optimize procurement processes, with a focus on indirect spend categories.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze market trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities while delivering measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Procurement / Sourcing Specialist (experience in indirect spend categories preferred).
• Hands-on experience in executing RFPs and managing the complete end-to-end sourcing lifecycle.
• Strong track record in commercial and contractual negotiations with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes and execute RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for indirect categories (e.g., IT, Professional Services, HR, Marketing).
• Conduct commercial and contract negotiations with external suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and SLA terms.
• Drive vendor management lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, performance tracking, compliance, and relationship building.
