Job summary

Westinghouse is seeking a Procurement Assistant to join the Global Supply Chain Team in Krakow. The role involves supporting the supply chain leadership, assisting buyers with PO activities, and ensuring delivery accuracy against orders.

You will help onboard new suppliers and coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve PO and invoice issues. Ideal candidates are students in business/engineering fields with strong MS Office skills and fluent in English plus an additional language.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing bachelor or master in business/management/economy or technical fields.
• Fluent in English and at least one of Spanish, Italian or French.
• Available to work 20–30 hours per week.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain team leads in running the department.
• Assist Buyers and Senior Buyers with purchase orders (analysis, data gathering).
• Check deliveries against purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in creating vendors in the Approved Supplier List and ensure sourcing compliance.
• Resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices with Accounts Payable.
• Collaborate with internal customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Report daily, weekly and monthly achievements.
• Provide additional support to deliver excellent service.
