Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking an experienced Buying Specialist to join our Global Supply Chain Team in Kraków. You will manage procure-to-pay processes, engage suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with cost, quality, and delivery targets.

This role requires a BA in supply chain or related field, strong English, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office. We offer a hybrid work model, competitive remuneration with bonuses, and a supportive, diverse workplace.

Qualifications

BA in Supply Chain, Business or similar.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate environment, in operational areas (supply chain, nuclear or technical areas).
Fluency in English, German is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach.
Experience with SAP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.

Responsibilities

Purchase goods, materials and services following cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Process Requisitions, RFQ, and create Purchase Orders.
Manage procure-to-pay from engagement to PO issuance and payment.
Monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders from suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal clients to ensure on-time deliveries.
