Pollmeier Massivholz, a global leader in hardwood products, seeks a data-driven engineer to analyze and optimize complex production flows at its Poznań site. You will drive improvements in yield, sequencing, and value creation, using data analytics to shape KPIs and decision models.

• Analyse and optimize production and material flows within production processes.
• Develop controls for yield, by-products, sequencing, and value creation.
• Analyse production data, patterns and deviations to derive concrete improvements.
• Develop KPIs, evaluations, control models, and decision-support tools.
• Support internal and external projects to further develop production processes.
• Coordinate topics between production planning, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and sales.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• You analyse and optimize complex production and material flows within our production processes
• You develop new approaches for controlling yield, by-products, production sequencing and value creation
• You analyse production data, patterns, and deviations to derive concrete improvement measures
• You develop KPIs, evaluations, control models, and decision-making tools
• You support internal and external projects aimed at further developing our production processes
• You coordinate key topics between production planning, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and sales

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, business administration, mathematics, data analytics, or a comparable field
• Excellent analytical skills as well as the ability to evaluate complex data structures and derive sound decisions for production processes
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong implementation mindset
• Experience in production planning, process analysis, or operations within a manufacturing company
• Fluent English skills, any additional language is considered a plus
• Knowledge of SAP as well as advanced Excel or similar analysis and reporting tools is an advantage
