Job summary

Qualifications

Analytical mindset and ability to derive decisions from complex data structures.
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach with implementation mindset.
Experience in production planning, process analysis, or operations in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Analyse and optimize production and material flows within production processes.
Develop controls for yield, by-products, sequencing, and value creation.
Analyse production data, patterns and deviations to derive concrete improvements.
Develop KPIs, evaluations, control models, and decision-support tools.
Support internal and external projects to further develop production processes.
Coordinate topics between production planning, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and sales.
