Job summary

Blue Projects is seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Warsaw. The role supports engineering and project delivery, ensuring effective design, coordination, and execution of technological projects throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 3+ years of process engineering experience, and proficiency in 3D design using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor, with fluent English and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as mechanical, production, or process engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3D design in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
• 3+ years experience in process engineering.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Production experience and knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to provide support and supervision for technological projects.
• Assist the engineering department in developing projects in accordance with customer requirements.
• Participate in design activities, project supervision, and active participation in implementation throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Contribution to the preparation of schedules and budgets.
• Work closely with other departments involved in project execution to ensure alignment.
• Ensuring proper flow of project documents and communication.
• Change management and availability to travel or relocate as needed.
