MTU Aero Engines AG is seeking a hands-on system expert to own and optimize the work planning system. You will support daily operations, enable users, and ensure consistent data quality across all user groups.

The role requires strong communication with business and IT, and collaboration with the Product Owner on new features. The ideal candidate has experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar), data handling (Excel), and a practical, end-to-end understanding of complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable field OR relevant professional experience.
• Experience in application support, key user roles, or similar (e.g. SAP or other ERP systems).
• Experience with data handling (e.g. Excel, imports/exports, structured datasets).
• Ideally exposure to enterprise environments (e.g. SAP or similar systems).
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
• Attention to detail and confidence working with data.
• Ability to understand systems end-to-end.
• Hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both business and IT.

Responsibilities
