Job summary

MTU Aero Engines AG in Poland is seeking an IT/OT Infrastructure Specialist to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of our industrial IT environment. You will design and standardize IT solution architectures and lead IT projects with local and international teams.

You will analyze incidents, implement changes, monitor systems, and collaborate with business users, IT colleagues, and vendors to continuously improve services and security in a multinational aviation setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Experience in managing IT projects.
• Knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure and server environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL and incident/change management.
• Knowledge of Siemens solutions is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate across organizational units.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of IT/OT infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and standardize IT solution architectures in the Industrial IT domain.
• Lead IT projects in collaboration with local and international teams.
