You will be supported by our positive energy, which brings a lot of fun to solving real business cases.” – Aleksandra Klimek, Manager, Finance & Control**What you will do*** Ensure quality and compliance with UPM internal controls, business rules, policies and legal requirements in accounting and reporting * Provide expertise in complex accounting, compliance and reporting matters to stakeholders and service providers * Oversee the outsourcing partner’s performance in the Fixed Assets & Leases processes, ensuring reporting quality and operational efficiency * Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of end-to-end Fixed Assets & Leases processes, reporting services, and tools.* Actively participating and providing expertise and support on audit subject matter topics* Contribute to projects and process development initiatives to enhance quality and effectiveness, ensure implementation and adoption of projects into processes* Other responsibilities and projects assigned by Manager**Who you are*** You are a subject matter expert in Fixed Assets & Leases with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements* You have hands-on experience with SAP, particularly in Fixed Assets & Leases processes* You have strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced use of Power BI and Microsoft Excel* You have well-developed process management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset* You are able to lead or support change initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvements* You are capable of making independent decisions in line with UPM policies, guidelines, and business objectives* You are fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage* You have a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience**This is what we offer to you*** **A meaningful job:** We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
