Job summary

Wirex is seeking a Private Client Associate to support our Private clients with day-to-day requests across cards, payments, transfers, and account functionality, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver a personalised, white-glove service.

You will own client issues from first contact through resolution, build strong relationships, and communicate professionally, maintaining discretion with sensitive information and aligning with regional compliance needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Client Services, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to own and follow up on client requests with attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and navigate internal processes.
• Discretion and professionalism with sensitive client information.

Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated contact for Wirex Private clients with a personalised, white-glove service.
• Handle client requests across cards, payments, transfers, account functionality, limits, crypto, and other Wirex products.
• Take ownership of client issues from initial contact through to resolution.
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally, especially with urgent or sensitive matters.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs, expectations, and preferences.
• Coordinate complex or high-value cases and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Escalate issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of the overall client experience.
• Identify recurring client pain points and communicate them internally to improve Private processes.
