Job summary

Universal Investment in Kraków is seeking an experienced accounting/operations professional to support NAV reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory tasks within our fund services platform. You will prepare reconciliation of cash and balances, NAV reporting packages, audit files, and client communications.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar position
• Degree in accounting, economics or finance
• Knowledge of Luxembourg and alternative fund industry mentioned
• English, French or German considered as an asset

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of cash, portfolio and other balances with relevant source
• Preparation of various calculations e.g. expenses, waterfalls and others
• Preparation of NAV reporting package, tax reporting and regulatory reporting when required
• Preparation of reporting package
• Preparation of audit files and support external audit requirements
• Completion of any other assigned operational tasks
• Primary contact for clients on operational topics and NAV sign-off
• Participation to client meetings
• Observe PAS departmental policies and procedures
