Job summary

Universal Investment is expanding its Private Asset team in Krakow and seeks an experienced professional to own day-to-day investor services operations. You will manage transfer agency processes, supervise juniors, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires English fluency, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the alternative fund industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day transfer agency operations to maintain investor and register records accurately.
• Supervise, coach and develop junior team members on operational topics.
• Prepare calculations such as capital calls and distributions.
• Prepare investor reporting packages and handle inquiries on operational topics.
• Investigate discrepancies and maintain strong internal controls.
• Be primary client contact for investors on operational topics and sign-offs.
• Collaborate with internal Private Assets Services and other stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and take on related project responsibilities.
