Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Principal Product Manager to guide the vision, strategy, and execution for Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) within Elastic Security. You will shape how identity is protected across on‑premises, cloud, and AI-driven agents.

You will own the roadmap, collaborate with threat research, detection engineering, and enterprise customers, and evangelize Elastic's identity capabilities through blogs, talks, and community engagement, all while

Competenze

• 10+ years in product management or solution delivery for security products such as SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security, or detection and response.
• Solid knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and the identity fabric including ITDR and UEBA.
• Experience with non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents).
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML landscapes and collaboration with data scientists.

Mansioni

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR within Elastic Security.
• Manage plan for non-human and AI agent identities in Elastic Security with lifecycle ownership.
• Work with threat research and detection engineering on identity-specific threats.
• Drive the response and containment strategy, turning detections into action with automated and human‑oversight processes.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers, security operations teams, sales, and solution architects.
• Work with design to develop investigation and response experiences emphasizing identity in analyst workflows.
• Gain knowledge of the identity-security market to inform strategy and engagement with analysts.
• Be the product expert and evangelize Elastic's identity capabilities through content and community interaction.
