Job summary

FERRO S.A. in Poland is seeking a senior Pricing Manager to shape pricing strategy across the group’s business units. You will develop and implement pricing policies, run market analyses, and drive data-driven decisions to improve profitability.

The role requires strong analytical capability, cross-functional collaboration across departments, and fluent English. A hybrid work model is offered with extensive exposure to regional pricing projects and BI tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in pricing or commercially focused analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions.
Excellent communication across departments.
Fluent English (min. B2) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with local market dynamics and group objectives.
Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify pricing opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
Drive pricing governance across the group and ensure compliance with guidelines and regulation.
Analyze product portfolios and life cycles to improve profitability and sustainable growth.
Monitor pricing performance, margins and revenue impact; provide management with actionable insights.
Partner with local business teams and leverage analytical tools to enhance pricing processes and reporting.
