Currently we are looking for:
Key responsibilities
- developing and implementing pricing strategies aligned with local market dynamics and the Group's business objectives;
- conducting market and competitive analyses to identify pricing opportunities and support data-driven decision-making;
- driving pricing governance across the Group and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements;
- analyzing product portfolios and product life cycles to improve profitability and support sustainable business growth;
- monitoring pricing performance, margins, and revenue impact while providing recommendations to management;
- partnering with local business teams across the Group and leveraging analytical tools to enhance pricing processes, reporting, and decision-making.
Requirements
- minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, controlling, or other commercially focused analytical roles;
- proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies that support business growth and profitability;
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
- strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments;
- ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- fluent English communication skills (minimum B2);
- advanced MS Excel skills are essential; experience with pricing software, BI solutions, and other analytical tools will be an advantage.
