Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Pricing Architect to enable profitable Managed Services pursuits by shaping pricing strategies, building robust commercial cases and embedding best practices across engagements.

You will collaborate with global onshore teams to monetize solutions, model costs, and present compelling proposals that align with client willingness to pay while maintaining EY revenue and margin targets. The role supports cross-location collaboration in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Managed Services pricing.
• Fluency in alternate fee arrangements.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong presentation and client service skills.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong organization skills with ability to plan and execute.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing, financial and commercial support from qualification to close for large, complex pursuits.
• Build trust-based relationships with peers and onshore counterparts to influence decisions.
• Draw together client and competitor intelligence, value estimates and innovative commercial structures to support a compelling proposal.
• Contribute perspectives on competitor pricing and positioning to enable differentiated pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with solution architects to align design with client requirements and estimate cost-to-serve across products and services.
• Articulate forecasted economics, risks, and ROI for EY pursuits and risk mitigation.
• Support market intelligence processes and benchmarking for pricing consistency and win odds.
• Assist in testing value propositions and designing pricing approaches for complex MS pursuits.
• Prepare EY business cases, pricing responses, and contractual pricing schedules for internal approvals.
• Present the pursuit’s business cases to stakeholders and may interact with clients to develop their business case.
• Manage senior stakeholders on commercial matters to influence ongoing pursuit development.
