Job summary

Bunge seeks a results-oriented professional in Poland to help develop product roadmaps, drive business development projects, and coordinate strategic portfolio decisions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement the company's strategy and commercial plans.

You will analyze pricing data, monitor market trends, support P&L reviews, and contribute to budgeting while working with international teams in a hybrid environment. Fluent English and Polish are required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• English and Polish language communication skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt the product roadmaps.
• Support and lead the business development projects, which are part of the defined product roadmaps and help implement and execute the strategy.
• Analyze pricing data, including competitor pricing strategies and market trends.
• Work in close collaboration with the cross functional team to drive strategic and tactical portfolio decision and help coordinate operational issues.
• Align, set and communicate the commercial plans. Monitor Sales compliance with pricing guidance and structure; ensure proper execution.
• Optimize plant capacity utilization to maximize profitability. Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and help implement key initiatives.
• Lead and drive reduction business development projects and internal optimization initiatives.
• Support monthly P&L analysis, benchmark results and align on financial roadmap and budget targets.
• Occasional travels.
