Job summary

BioLegend, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support the annual price list, deals, and service contract renewals. You will leverage AI tools for daily analysis, reporting, and routine responses to Finance, Commercial, and Product Management.

Responsibilities include running the ten-step pricing process, loading approved pricing into SAP, and building monthly KPI dashboards while monitoring margins and end-of-life triggers. Office in Cracow with remote work options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pricing, sales/commercial ops, FP&A, or related analytics.
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable with large datasets.
• Familiar with AI tools to support analysis and reporting.
• Structured, deadline-oriented in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual price list, deals, and service contract renewal cycle.
• Use AI tools to support daily analysis, reporting, and routine responses.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly price performance review and focus areas.
• Run the ten-step pricing process (segmentation, margins, scenarios).
• Prepare deal/service contract renewals and load pricing into SAP.
• Assess service contract profitability and calculate FSE labor rates.
• Track freight/Incoterms data and KPI dashboards.
• Validate daily DOA compliance and surface issues proactively.
• Design competitive pricing intelligence pipelines and liaise with IT/analytics.
