Job summary

Polpharma is seeking a data analytics professional to lead Pricing Intelligence initiatives and drive AI-enabled decision-making across international markets. You will develop pricing analytics, monitor data quality, and automate BI processes using tools like Power BI and Fabric.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI or related area.
• Advanced skills in data integration, modelling, analysis and visualization using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and SQL.
• Ability to transform unstructured data into scalable analytical and AI-enabled solutions supporting business decisions.
• Hands-on experience applying Generative AI and AI-powered analytics to support processes and decisions.
• Experience identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a person who will play an active role in the digital transformation of the Group Pricing function by developing Pricing Intelligence capabilities, implementing AI-driven solutions, automating analytical processes and enabling data-driven decision-making across international markets.

Our expectations

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Commercial Excellence or a related area
• Advanced skills in data integration, modelling, analysis and visualization using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and SQL
• Ability to transform unstructured data from multiple sources into scalable analytical and AI-enabled solutions supporting business decisions
• Hands‑on experience in applying Generative AI, AI‑powered analytics, intelligent automation and digital productivity tools to support business processes and decision‑making
• Experience in identifying and implementing opportunities for automation, digital transformation and efficiency improvements
• Ability to identify trends, anomalies and business risks based on data
• Curiosity, initiative, attention to details, and a proactive approach to exploring new technologies, AI applications and process improvements
• Very good command of English

• Experience in pricing, revenue management, controlling or commercial excellence
