Job summary

Polpharma is seeking a data analytics professional to lead Pricing Intelligence initiatives and drive AI-enabled decision-making across international markets. You will develop pricing analytics, monitor data quality, and automate BI processes using tools like Power BI and Fabric.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI or related area.
• Advanced skills in data integration, modelling, analysis and visualization using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and SQL.
• Ability to transform unstructured data into scalable analytical and AI-enabled solutions supporting business decisions.
• Hands-on experience applying Generative AI and AI-powered analytics to support processes and decisions.
• Experience identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop Pricing Intelligence solutions supporting price monitoring, scenario modelling and business decision-making across international markets.
• Integrate, model and transform data from multiple sources into scalable analytical solutions and business tools.
• Automate reporting, analytics and data management processes using digital technologies and AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate AI, AI-assisted Power BI solutions).
• Design and develop dashboards, applications and self-service analytics tools supporting pricing insights and risk management (Power BI, Power Apps, Fabric).
• Monitor data quality, identify trends and risks, and leverage AI solutions to generate business insights and support decision-making.
• Identify and implement opportunities for digital transformation, process optimization and adoption of AI-driven solutions within the Pricing function.
