Job summary

Huawei Europe in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Wireless Solution Manager to lead presale support for wireless/core solutions, identify and close opportunities, and coordinate with service providers to promote GSM/UMTS/LTE and 5G. You will analyze market data, build strong customer relationships, and drive solution strategies.

Required are a degree in Electrical Engineering or IT, deep mobile network knowledge, and fluent Polish and English.

Qualifications

Experience with Wireless/Core or Technical Sales is desirable.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in Polish and English with ability to influence customers.
Good market analysis and structured thinking.
Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced multinational.

Responsibilities

Presale support covering wireless/core network solutions and proposals.
Identify, develop and close business opportunities with service providers.
Collect and analyze market information and strengthen customer relationships.
Coordinate between Huawei and service provider accounts promoting GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G.
Define customer requirements and align with Product Management and Engineering.
Develop network construction strategy and overall solution sales plan.
Deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
