Job summary

Huawei Europe in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Solution Sales Engineer - Wireless to support presales and drive opportunities with service providers. You will promote GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G solutions, coordinate between customers and Product teams, and deliver formal proposals.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of mobile networks, and fluency in Polish and English. On-site position with opportunities for professional growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• Education in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Telecommunications or similar.
• Good knowledge of mobile networks (GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G) or core technology.
• Experience in Wireless/Core or technical sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Fluent Polish and English required.
• Growth mindset and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide presale support for wireless/core network solutions and proposals.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with service providers.
• Collect and analyze market information and strengthen customer relationships.
• Coordinate activities between Huawei and service provider accounts, promoting GSM/LTE/5G solutions.
• Prepare and deliver formal proposals and presentations.
• Identify customer requirements and align with Product Management and Engineering.
• Define network construction strategy based on customer needs.
