Concentrix is seeking a Travel Advisor for Nordic Premium Airline SAS with Norwegian, based in Warsaw. You will be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries, help with ticket purchases and payments, and support customers during travel difficulties.

Fluent Norwegian (C1) and English (B2) are required, along with strong listening and organizational skills. You will work from our Warsaw office, in a diverse environment, with a fully paid two‑month training program.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian (C1) and English (B2).
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries.
• Assist in purchasing airline tickets and handle different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls and chat.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers to build trust.
