Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Travel Advisor to handle premium travel inquiries for the Nordic SAS with Norwegian. You will be the first point of contact, assisting customers with ticket purchases, payments, and travel issues, via calls and chat.

The role requires Scandinavian and English language proficiency and a customer-focused mindset. The position is based in Warsaw, offering an engaging, international environment and a comprehensive training program to build product knowledge and service

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian (C1) and English (B2).
• Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
• Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.
• Highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls / chat.
