Concentrix in Warsaw is seeking a Travel Advisor for Nordic Premium Airline SAS with Norwegian to assist premium customers with travel inquiries and ticket purchases. You will be the first point of contact and help resolve travel issues, using calls and chat to support passengers.

The role requires fluency in Norwegian (C1) and English (B2), a highly organized and customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to work from our Warsaw office.

Responsabilidades

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls/chat.
