Job summary

EY GDS Poland, part of EY's global delivery network, seeks an Engineering Lead for the Product Incubation Team. You will lead feature delivery, mentor engineers, and drive early‑stage products from MVPs to scale, balancing startup speed with enterprise standards.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Solution Architects, ensuring security, quality, and architectural alignment while guiding a small engineering sub‑team through build, test, and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering experience with feature‑level delivery within product‑led, agile teams.
• Hands‑on engineering with Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience collaborating with Solution Architects to align with enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering delivery for features from refinement to release readiness.
• Translate requirements into clear technical tasks and manage risks early.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical leadership to engineers and conduct code reviews.
