Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to join the TechOps team in Katowice. You will automate infrastructure with IaC, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/CircleCI/GitLab CI, and monitor performance to ensure uptime and reliability.

You will collaborate with development, QA, and security teams, manage cloud resources across AWS/Azure/GCP, and work in a hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline with 8+ years’ experience.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and managing infrastructure, services and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and automated software delivery processes using Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, and implement logging and alerting for proactive incident management and uptime reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, and security teams to align DevOps practices, streamline deployments, and ensure security compliance.
• Manage cloud resources efficiently, optimizing for cost, performance, and availability while supporting Kubernetes and Docker.
