Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland is hiring an Automation Developer to join a senior role in a versatile team in Poland. Design, develop, test, deploy and support automation solutions using Power Platform, RPA and other modern technologies, serving major market players in EMEIA and beyond.

This hybrid position (2 days in office, 3 days remote) offers opportunities for growth within EY's global delivery network and exposure to SAP integrations, API-based workflows, and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in RPA, low-code or automation development using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate / Power Platform, Automation Anywhere or similar.
• Experience in building automation solutions (bots, workflows, integrations).
• Understanding of business process automation and improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage own deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions using modern RPA, low-code and AI technologies.
• Analyse business processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain bots, workflows, and supporting applications across various systems.
• Support integration of automation solutions with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, APIs).
• Contribute to the design of scalable, reusable automation components and frameworks.
• Provide support, monitoring, and continuous improvement of existing automations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in testing activities (unit, SIT, UAT) and deployment processes.
