As a Power Platform Engineer at &, you build tailored business applications on Microsoft Power Platform – for our clients in banking, energy, and the public sector. Low-code where speed matters, pro-code where it counts.
As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, we solve real problems with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse – often in highly regulated environments. That means you understand the process and the people behind it first, then build the solution that actually gets used, not the one that looks good in a demo.
You work close to the client, in small, self-organized teams. What you learn about clients, business units, and what actually works flows back into the team – as patterns, reusable building blocks, and shared standards.
What we're looking for
- Power Platform experience (1–3 years): You have already worked productively with Power Apps (canvas & model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. First experience with Power BI, Power Pages, or Copilot Studio is a plus.
- Banking experience is a plus: Ideally, you have already worked in a banking, financial, or otherwise regulated environment and know what compliance, data protection, and auditability mean in practice.
- Quality-minded & independent: Clean ALM, well-structured solutions, and testing are second nature to you – you deliver maintainable solutions, not just quick click-throughs.
- Client-oriented & communicative: You work directly with business units, translate requirements into solutions, and explain technical topics clearly.
- Languages: You speak fluent English; good German is a strong plus, since many of our clients are German-speaking.
What you'll do
- Build business apps end-to-end: You develop Power Platform solutions from requirements through data model and automation to production rollout at the client.
- Integrate & automate: You connect the Power Platform with existing systems (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, REST APIs) and automate business processes.
- Shape solutions with the client: You gather requirements with business units and IT – especially in banking and regulated environments – design solutions, and support their rollout and adoption.
- Ensure quality & governance: You maintain clean ALM, security, and maintainability, and help establish Power Platform standards at & and with our clients.
- Share knowledge & grow: You bring your know-how into code reviews, amptalks, and brown-bag sessions and keep developing – including Microsoft certifications (e.g., the PL series).
What we offer
- Competitive compensation package: 162,000.00 - 202,400.00 PLN (B2B contract)
- Opportunities for personal and professional development: training days plus a budget for conferences and certifications
- Transparent career path: At &, the best people get promoted – not the loudest. We define and communicate skill levels clearly and transparently. You always know how to reach the next level – and you are never dependent on anyone's goodwill.
- Sports and wellness benefits: a sports card for an active lifestyle
- Monthly knowledge sharing through amptalks, brown-bag sessions, and more
- Become part of a community of passionate people who genuinely care about your success.
- Flexible work location: You can regularly work from wherever you are most productive – kitchen, mountain cabin, or library. For meetings, workshops, and shared work days, you are at our office in ASTORIA Premium Offices (Kazimierza Brokla 2, 00-032 Warszawa) 50% of the time.
