Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join the Microsoft Business Applications team. You will design, implement, and develop solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in digital transformation projects, combining consulting, technical, and business skills.

The role focuses on process analysis, solution design, stakeholder collaboration, and engagement in integration and migration projects, with involvement in pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in projects based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Practical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Experience conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and working with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with system integration, data migration, ALM, and governance in the Microsoft environment.
• Ability to independently design solutions combining business and technical aspects.
• Very good command of English enabling work in an international environment.
• Required presence in Poland.
