We are currently seeking smart and ambitious individuals to join us as Senior Power Platform Developer. In this role, you will help us build apps, flows, and understand our data more effectively. Data is at the core of our operations and plays a uniquely crucial role in what we do. As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will be instrumental in supporting our digital transformation journey through leveraging your skills in Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to drive data-driven decision making and process automation. Responsibilities
- Design, develop and enhance business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, user-focused solutions.
- Build and optimize dashboards, reports and automated processes that support data-driven decision making.
- Integrate, transform and model data from multiple sources to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot complex issues and ensure solutions are secure, reliable and high-performing.
- Collaborate with project teams in an Agile environment and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Support knowledge sharing and mentor team members on Power Platform best practices.
Here’s what you’ll need
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate and Power BI, including Power Query and DAX.
- Experience designing secure, scalable and high-performing solutions, including integrations with REST APIs and Azure services.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to transform data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders and managing requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Data Analyst (PL-300), Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100).
- Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200), or Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400)
- Knowledge of SQL, Python or C#.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery practices.
- Background in business process improvement, technical workshops or leading small initiatives/projects.
