Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Developer to join our Hyperautomation Tribe. You will focus on building solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly in building agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio to drive automation and efficiency.

The role offers flexible work options including remote, hybrid, or office presence across Poland, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and driving impactful solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of software development experience focused on Microsoft technologies.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform.
Practical experience with Dataverse and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Strong understanding of Agentic AI and its applications.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform to enhance business processes.
Build and deploy agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio to streamline operations.
Design and manage data solutions using Dataverse to support application functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Implement Agentic AI capabilities to improve automation and user experience.
Participate in continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
